Priorities & Preferences

Priorities are those things which are essential to the project.  For example, maybe the reason you're drawing up this landscape is because you'd like to install a new deck or patio.  That would be your priority.  Maybe you have nosy neighbors....creating some privacy would be your priority.  Considering putting your home on the market?  Curb appeal will be your priority.

Preferences are just that: things you prefer.  They're not essential, but without them, you could end up with a landscape you don't love.
